Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL Review
Excellent phone. Great design. Have used it for more than 6 months. No problems whatsoever. Dropped it a dozen times. Have no screen protector. It’s still in great shape. Everything is perfect.
Battery longevity: 10/10 2 days backup on very heavy usage. In fact it can serve as power bank for other devices in case the need be.
Display: 9/10 Crisp and accurate. Ideal for reading mails or e-books or movies.
Zen UI: 9/10 One of the best custom android UI out there. Quite amendable to one’s tastes.
Touch responsive : 10/10 Absolutely spot on.
Processor: 8/10 Not the best processor but ideal for normal users. Almost lacking any lag or delay in day to day use.
Heating issue: 10/10 No heating at all. Mi users please take note this is simply in an another league. Mi phones though serve the unintended purpose of heater in winters.
Value for money: 10/10 Absolute gem for the 9999 price paid. No premium being paid for the powerhouse inside.
About Asus: NOT CHINESE, it is a TAIWANESE multinational brand who holds the expertise in computing since years. And are well placed and here to stay for years.

5000 mAh battery is class leading and it doesnt make the device as bulky as one one would expect. In fact, owing to nice weight distribution, it doesnt feel that heavy to hold. 202 Grams is not doubt heavy but when I compare it with Zenfone Laser + a 5600maH Power Bank, I find it lighter 🙂
