On ABC Monday night, The Celebrity Dating Game gave more renowned singletons a chance at love. Taye Diggs, an actor and musician, and Demi Burnett, the star of The Bachelor, were the guests this time.
Zooey Deschanel and Michael Bolton, the hosts, did everything they could to assist the celebrities in choosing between the three strangers behind the screen.
Burnett, who was previously engaged to Kristian Haggerty, whom she met on Bachelor in Paradise, had to choose between two women and a guy on her dating panel.

Diggs had to choose between three non-celebrities following a string of romances with celebrities.
He was married to Idina Menzel (Frozen) from 2003 to 2014, and he also dated Amanza Smith (Selling Sunset) for a few years before parting in 2018.
When it was revealed that Diggs knew one of the contestants, he had a unique experience on the show.
The celebrities’ identities are kept hidden throughout, but Arielle Caputo guessed Diggs after only one round of guessing. When Deschanel inquired about how they met, Diggs just replied, “It’s a lengthy tale.”
Bolton serenaded everyone with a song that exposes more about the celebrity, as is customary on this updated version of the old game show. He sang “You Are So Beautiful” for Diggs, but modified the lyrics to fit his career.
Diggs had his selection of former acquaintance Caputo, real estate agent Javin Hope from Hawaii, and paediatric nurse Tofy Mabo when it came time to choose.
Diggs chose to go on a date with Hope after hearing her answer to what they would do on their honeymoon.
Demi Burnett on Celebrity Matchmaking
Burnett, a reality star, was the second celebrity seeking to find love on The Celebrity Dating Game.
With many appearances on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, as well as WWE Raw, she’s been hunting for love in all the wrong places.
She told The Celebrity Dating Game Twitter account before the programme that she wants to find a partner that is better than her in order to be a better partner with them.
Burnett’s identity, unlike Diggs’, remained a secret until she accidentally revealed her own name during one of the rounds.
Sarah Stiverson, Jamele Mason, and Jordan Harvey were among Burnett’s possible matches. With the lyrics updated to suit Burnett’s heritage, Bolton serenaded the studio with a rendition of “I’ll Stand By You.”
She eventually went on a date with event producer Harvey, who predicted Burnett’s true identity early on in the show.

Nolan Gould and Gabriel Iglesias will be on The Celebrity Dating Game when it returns next Monday at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
Carmen Electra, Margaret Cho, Tyson Beckford, and Rashad Jennings are among the other celebrities set to appear in future episodes.
