ProjectX.Cloud was established by Rounak Adhikari, Subhrakamal Das, Ronit Banerjee and Suraj Kuncham to address a serious lack of access to high-quality computing devices that affect over 75% of Indian students. Their team created InfinityOS; an operating system optimized to run seamlessly on any device while offering limitless computation capacity.

ProjectX.Cloud has earned widespread support from industry leaders and organizations such as Nvidia, BCG, HP, and VMware. The project x real story is that BCG selected ProjectX.Cloud to represent India at TigerLaunch held by Princeton University, one of the world’s premier entrepreneurship challenges.

Eureka IIT Bombay has also recognized this startup’s potential impact in revolutionising India’s education technology landscape.

Rounak Adhikari, student and driving force behind ProjectX.Cloud, expressed gratitude to Google Cloud and other notable organizations for their support. Adhikari had already achieved recognition through grants totalling Rs 10 lakh from both the Ministry of Commerce and Industry as well as Electronics and IT Ministries.

Project X Cloud continues its surge forward after receiving infrastructure support of $200,000 from Google Cloud, with plans of raising seed capital funding of $3 Million (Rs 24 Crore).
