Investigative work is underway for East Tennessee girl Holly Piper, now 16 years old, who went missing on Saturday, February 18th while visiting her friend in Knoxville.
At around 3 AM that same night, Piper, her sister and their friend went to Cook Out restaurant where Piper’s boyfriend William “Dylan” Usry (18 years old) showed up.
On February 19th, 2023, The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation released a statement on Twitter: “Holly Piper may be with her 18 y/o brother William “Dylan” Usry.” Holly, 16, was last seen wearing blue sweatpants and black hoodie; she stands 5’7″ tall with black hair and hazel eyes; weighs 124 lbs and was last seen at Cookout on Cumberland Ave at around 3 AM wearing her blue sweatpants and black hoodie.
According to police investigators she was picked up in a white 1999 Dodge Caravan with damage on its front bumper as well as roof rust. Her car registration had also been changed from that registered to Usry’s name (BMM5038).
Who Is William Dylan?
Holly Piper and her boyfriend, identified as William “Dylan”, have been missing since being picked up in a white 1999 Doge Caravan. Holly’s partner is an 18-year-old boy weighing 175 lbs and standing 6’2” high.

Police speculated that Holly Piper and Usry might have been hiding somewhere in large parking lots to avoid detection.
Later, police made a theory that Holly and Usry made their way towards Newton, Mississippi to his father’s residence.
We would like to remind you that Usry has an extensive criminal history which includes DUI, multiple counts of annoying assault, arrest, and possession of firearms during commission of felony from an incident.
Since news of Holly Piper’s disappearance broke online, many individuals stepped forward to help her family and police locate her quickly before any mishappen. If anyone has any details please provide them to law enforcement authorities immediately.
