Death is undoubtedly one of life’s most unforeseen events, and it happened to a British woman who was training to be an airline pilot when she passed away in Belgium from a mosquito bite.

Speaking of the case in question, Oriana Pepper, a 21-year-old student pilot, was “bit many times” by mosquitoes “without any reaction” as she was heading to Antwerp, Belgium in May of 2021 to complete a “instrument rating” as part of her training.
Later, when the investigation continued into the matter, it was established that the 21-year-old had been taken to the emergency room after being bitten by a mosquito just above her right eyelid, which later revealed to be inflamed and irritated, even though at the time she had been sent back to her home following medical examinations.

When she later started to feel dizzy, her partner immediately drove her to the clinic. However, at that point, it was confirmed by medical professionals that she had passed away, and shortly thereafter, news of her passing to paradise on July 12, 2021, just five days after being bitten, spread on social media.
When the conversation regarding the girl’s death’s cause began, medical studies verified that septic emboli in the girl’s brain were the death’s proximate cause.
