Many circumstances bring them more closely together and they end up falling in love. But the role of Simran is an Indian at the heart of audiences despite being brought up in England and won’t go against her Bauji’s wishes. Her family sets off to go to Punjab to see him married to the son of an old family friend of her father. Raj too travels there on his father’s advice to meet her entire family members.

The character Rahul, played by Sharukh khan, Anjali by actress Kajol and Tina by actress Rani, who were studying together in a college. While the tomboyish Anjali is Rahul’s best friend, he develops serious love for a new girl Tina, whose wardrobes are consist of just mini skirts. Rahul marries her and becomes a successful businessman. Tragedy comes when she passes away soon after giving birth to a daughter.

When the daughter turns the age of eight, she reads a letter written to explain the love triangle. It was her mother’s dying wish to reunite both Rahul and Anjali. The question is How Anjali does so with the help of her grandmother played by legendary actress Farida Jalal who forms the entertainment of the film. The film also had a lovely cameo by actor Salman Khan, who plays Anjali’s fiance. Sharukh and Kajol have an incredible journey which was very much evident on-screen. Rani’s glamorous added an X factor to the movie. The entire song composed by Music director Jatin-Lalit.

6. Devdas in the year 2002

Actor Shah Rukh Khan’s film Devdas is a story of a wealthy law graduate, who returns from London and finds himself in love with his next-door neighbor called Paro role played by actress Aishwarya Rai. However, because of the class difference between them, his family does not interested in their marriage.

Devdas becomes heartbroken and also becomes an alcoholic because of the pain of separation from his childhood friend. Paro’s mother marries her into a family that is richer than Devdas’ family. She marries a widower with children, who have no interest in her. Movie Devdas finds help in the arms of a prostitute  Chandramukhi, a role played by actress Madhuri Dixit.

He just cannot come out himself with the separation and his health destroyed. At the end of the film, he takes his last breath at the gate of Paro’s new home. She can only watch helplessly from afar as he dies in her outside the door. that was an eye-catching and extraordinary climax scene which was acting by actor Shahrukh.

7. Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham… in the year of 2001

His younger brother Rohan role played by actor Hrithik Roshan, who is the biological son of Yash and Nandini, unites the family years later. This lavish movie offered us an emotional rollercoaster ride. Actress Jaya Bachchan’s character is shown to be that of an obedient wife who ultimately goes against her husband when she would be reunited with her very attached son.

The two lost their hearts to each other but Zara is already engaged to Raza Sharazi role played by actor Manoj Bajpayee. reaching Pakistan, Zaara realizes that marrying Raza would now be a mistake in her life.

Veer too feels he cannot live without her. He comes to Pakistan in the hope of winning her. When Zara’s fiancé finds out about Veer, he wrongly frames out his character on charges of being an Indian spy and sends him to prison. Years later, Saamiya Siddiqui role played by actress Rani Mukerji, who is a Pakistani civil rights lawyer decides to take up Veer’s case and bring him out of the prison.

To collect evidence about Veer’s innocence, she travels to his village in India and finds out Zara running the school for girls which was started by Veer’s parents. She had escaped long ago thinking that Veer had died in an accident. After 20 years of separation, Saamiya manages to reunite the lovers and gets them to married after so many years.

Based on the Gandhian principles, the film’s story was a glorious time by Mahatma Gandhi. The film Swades is inspired by the story of Aravinda Pillalamarri and Ravi Kuchimanchi, the NRI couple who returned to India and developed a pedal power generator to light remote, off-the-grid village schools.

The so-called Bilgaon project is recognized as a model for a process by the Government of Maharashtra. Actor Shah Rukh Khan plays a man who re-establishes hope in a changing India. Sharukh Khan has always been accused of being the king of escapist fantasies but with the movie, Swades Shah Rukh showed the world that he can play this kind of character too.

Here he played an NRI, who chooses to come back to India to live the Gandhian dream of turning the villages into self-sufficient places. The film gave a hope call to our best and the brightest to give up their sheltered lives in the West and come back and start working for the betterment of their own motherland.

Karan Arjun is a revenge drama based movie on reincarnation. When Durga’s role played by legendary actress Rakhee’s husband speaks against the cruel rule of Durjan Singh role played by legendary actor Amrish Puri, but he is mercilessly killed. Durga is left alone with her two sons, Karan role played by actor Salman Khan and Arjun role played by actor Shah Rukh Khan who she manages to raise on her own. When Durjan Singh finds out about Durga, he decides to kill her as well.

But, later her two sons manage to stop him and end up getting killed themselves. Devastated, Durga prays to God to bring her sons back so they can take revenge on her humiliation and the death of their father. Twenty years later, her two sons come looking exactly the same as they did before they were killed and successfully manage to take revenge from the villain Durjan Singh by killing him and fulfilling the promise which was made by their mother. Probably the biggest attraction in this film was the rare sight of actor Shah Rukh Khan and actor Salman Khan bonding relations as brothers.
