Salman Khan is eagerly anticipating the release of Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. To keep his commitment to his fans and fans worldwide, the actor announced that cinephiles can watch it on May 13 on Zee5 via ZeePlex pay-per-view service. However, theatre owners were informed that its box office collection will be zero as most cinemas across India remain closed due to novel coronavirus pandemic.

Salman Khan contacted a group of journalists via Zoom on Monday (May 10) to discuss Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. During his conversation with them, Salman revealed that in order to honor his promise of an Eid release date on May 13 for Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai OTT release would have to occur sooner rather than later.
Salman expressed that without Zee, his Eid commitment could not have been kept. With incomes reduced for many and cinema ticket costs increasing exponentially, now is an opportune time to release the film and provide entertainment in such difficult times. I hope my film brings some relief.”
The actor noted that cinemas had been hoping his movie would help put an end to their year of losses with its release, so he offered his apology to theatre owners. He noted, however, that this did not occur and we don’t yet know when things will return to normal.”
SALMAN AFFIRMS THAT THE BOX OFFICE COLLECTION OF RADHE WILL BE NEGATIVE
Salman Khan’s films are known for their Eid releases and record-breaking box office collections. However, the novel coronavirus pandemic disrupted this tradition last year, preventing the release of Radhe. This year, despite the planned Eid release, the impact at theatres is expected to be minimal. Radhe will open in limited theaters both domestically and overseas. Salman Khan has remarked that “the radhe box office collection hit or flop will be zero; this will be the lowest ever seen from any of my films ever.”

Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, directed by Prabhudeva and starring Salman Khan and Disha Patani as its primary characters; Jackie Shroff and Randeep Hooda also play key roles. Salman will portray an undercover cop working tirelessly to dismantle a major drug cartel.
Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai was initially scheduled for release during Eid 2020; however due to an ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic this date had to be postponed. To keep their promise to Salman Khan fans and satisfy international release targets of 40 countries around the globe they plan to release the movie online on May 13 and across Zee5 with ZeePlex; DTH operators such as Dish TV D2H Tata Sky Digital TV as well as Airtel Digital TV will also show it.
