The fourth step is to confirm your refund request. You will see a pop-up window that will ask you to choose a reason for your refund. You can select one of the following options:

After selecting a reason, you will see a summary of your refund request, showing the item or outfit name, price, and V-Bucks amount. You will also see a warning that says “This is one of your three refunds for this season. Are you sure?” If you are sure, click on “Yes” to confirm your refund request.
Step 5: Enjoy Your V-Bucks
The final step is to enjoy your V-Bucks. Once you confirm your refund request, you will see a confirmation message that says “Refund Successful”. You will also see your V-Bucks balance updated with the amount that you have refunded. You can use your V-Bucks to buy other items or outfits from the item shop, or save them for future purchases.
