Plot
Interpol issues a global alert to capture and hunt the most wanted people in the world. But when an daring heist brings together the FBI’s top profiler and two rival criminals, the stakes are higher than ever.
With a cast featuring Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds, and Gal Gadot, Red Notice has big potential. It fails to live up to its potential, mixing action and cliche.
The plot is largely derivative of numerous better movies, and it doesn’t seem to have much of its own character development. It’s also hamper by a greenscreen that takes away from the movie’s visual impact.
Despite all of that, it’s still a fun watch thanks to some great one-liners from Reynolds and good chemistry from the rest of the cast.
However, the film’s heist formula is tire and doesn’t live up to its enormous budget and viewing figures.
