March Madness is right around the corner and the NHL Parlay postseason race has intensified. Although we haven’t included both sports – hockey and college hoops – in one of our parlays in a while, that doesn’t mean it can’t be worth game on.

The New York Rangers have been on a tear this month

The New York Rangers have been on a roll this month, dominating the month of February while Cal Poly, their opponent, has dropped 15 straight games.

That makes for some great odds when both teams on the money line -109! That’s why we’re excited to kick off this parlay for you this week.

Cal Poly’s season

Cal Poly’s season had been going well until conference play started. Now they sit last in the Big West at 1-15 and have yet to win a game in 2023 – not good news when you consider who sits atop the standings – UC-Irvine. Talk about unfortunate timing!

The Anteaters are favor by 10 points and there’s an excellent chance they cover, but we’re taking them on the money line just in case.

UC-Irvine defeated Cal Poly by just a point the last time they met, and even though the Anteaters have won four straight and six of their last seven,

there have plenty of close games lately; NHL Parlay UC Davis narrowly won by two on Saturday while UC Santa Barbara came back from a halftime deficit on Wednesday to secure victory.

UC-Irvine comes out on top again

Don’t be shock if UC-Irvine comes out on top again but remember: no matter how ugly, a win on the money line is still a win regardless of its beauty!

As for the final leg of our parlay, go with the Rangers over the Jets. New York is 6-1 this month and has won five straight home games; on the other hand,

Winnipeg NHL Parlay just came off a back-to-back after playing New Jersey on Sunday – so not only do they face two games in two nights, but they’ve got to travel overnight as well.

We know it’s only a short trip, but still, the Jets must travel while the Rangers don’t. That gives New York an advantage in this game. We anticipate it being tied heading into the third and ultimately with the hotter team, the Rangers, pulling away late.
