Bhartiya Janata Majdoor Trade Union Council (BJMTUC) Demands New Labor Codes

New Delhi (December 28, 2022): Bhartiya Janata Majdoor Trade Union Council (BJMTUC) has organized a press conference today at National Capital to put its demand. The conference was organized at SK Premium Park Hotel, Hari Nagar.

The event was attended by National President Shri Manmatha Nath Biswas who have appointed Sh. Shailesh Sharma as a national Vice President.

The event was also attended by  Vijay Kapoor National General Secretary, P.k. Gupta Delhi State President, Dr. Varun Gupta Haryana state president, Manish Kumar Andhra Pradesh State President, Amrender Puri vice president Haryana State, Mohit Gupta Delhi state vice President and Christopher Massey Haryana State Vice President.

BJMTUC today announced their future projects and policies for benefits of labors and all trade unions. Also, BJMTUC announced their coming foundation day which will be celebrating on 28th February 2023 .

Manmatha Nath Biswas, National President said, “ BJMTUC is the largest trade union and have been working relentlessly sinch Feb 28, 2014 for the interest of organized and unorganized worker’s sector.

Till now BJMTUC have established infrastructure in 480 districts of 28 states of India. Among them 290 districts of 15 states are actively working and have registered & formed a total of 560 Trade Unions based on organized and unorganized workplaces as Omnibus and members 1103000.”

Dr. Varun Gupta Haryana state president added, “Demands raised in the conference are work for all citizens as per individual competency, new labor codes should be entacted as early as possible, demand for all contractual workers in unorganized sector must permanent employee in their organization, Unorganized sector workers must be paid their salary as per minimum wages act, the membership verification of central trade unions should be verified immediately by the government of India, Immediate stop unnecessary privatization in government sector and one rank one pension should be implemented.”
