According to police, a neighbor in the 10700 block of Pictorial Park Drive, in the Easton Park area, spotted an unconscious woman lying in the grass next to the road.
The woman, who was in her 20s, was found dead next to her car on Monday just after 10 p.m. after police received a call about the incident. She had suffered “upper body damage.”
The police, who think this was a targeted killing, said she didn’t live in the neighborhood.
