AEW Dynamite Results: Dynamite, AEW’s weekly flagship show, continues to bring new energy and spirit into mainstream wrestling.

The action packed this week was jam-packed with big segment in other storieslines and major championship matches.

Bryan Danielson made an appearance this week on Dynamite, but was unable to compete.

MJF said that he would challenge Bryan Danielson for the AEW Championship at Revolution if he won every Dynamite match leading to this pay-per view.

AEW Dynamite Results: Chris Jericho vs. Sammy Guevara

AEW Dynamite is already past its third anniversary and tonight’s edition will be just as action-packed as ever.

It’s loaded with a variety of matches, including the main event between Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara.

The match began with back-and forth between the men. Danielson hit Guevara with vicious elbow strikes and enziguiri’s for a one-count.

Guevara hit Danielson with a roundhouse kick, and then he added a Spanish Fly to get a second count!

Guevara continued to fight the American Dragon with some more slaps.

Guevara hit the top rope with a dropkick and then followed that up with several roundhouse kicks.

Cody vs. Sammy Guevara

On Wednesday’s AEWdynamite, Sammy Guevara defended the TNT Championship against Cody Rhodes.

They fought in front of a live audience at Cleveland’s AEW Dynamite show. The match kicked off the Beach Break event.

Cody Rhodes faced Sammy Guevara in the ladder match for TNT Champion.

Originally, the match was set for the first-ever Battle of the Belts, but Rhodes was forced to miss the event after testing positive for COVID-19.

It’s been a rough few months for The American Nightmare, and his absence from AEW has been felt by many fans.

So it’s nice to see him back in the ring and defending his title for the first time since December.

The match started out with a wild back-and-forth where the two men brawled amongst the crowd and jumped over the barricade.

The highlight of the match was Guevara’s jumpfrog cutter from a 10 foot ladder.

Kenny Omega vs. The Young Bucks

Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks made a huge return to AEW last night on Dynamite.

After a brawl onstage with CM Punk during the AEW All Out media scrum, they were initially suspended from performing in September.

Despite this, Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks were still able to win the AEW World Trios Championship in an impressive best-of-seven series against Death Triangle.

The match was certainly not a cakewalk and was a great example of how the trios can work together.

The match was a blast from start to finish, and the crowd loved it all! We got some excellent tag team action, a fun yay/boo punch sequence, and a sick Hangman-Omega double team combination. You can see all of it in the video!

The Acclaimed vs. The Gunns

AEW spent a lot on The Acclaimed and many people were shocked when The Gunns took the AEW Tag Team Titles.

The Gunns were able to defeat The Acclaimed thanks to a roll-up combination, which was helped along by their father.

Despite their success, it didn’t come without a swerve from Billy Gunn as he sided with The Acclaimed throughout the match.

Although the Gunns were victorious in last week’s Dynamite, it was not without controversy.

The Gunns’ father, Billy Gunn, sided with The Acclaimed during the match, and he was even unable to get his hands on his sons before they were able to pin Anthony Bowens for the win.
