She has competed at both the national and international levels.
She began professional dancing in 2012 and toured widely in the United States, China, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom with the Burn The Floor company until 2016.
In the same year, she toured the UK and Ireland with Brendan Cole from Strictly Come Dancing, as well as with Giovanni Pernice in 2017 and 2018.
She was one of the main professional dancers for the first season of Dancing With The Stars Ireland in 2017.

When Kai and Giulia started dating.
In the spring of 2016, Giulia and Kai began dating.
Although their burgeoning romance was kept hidden at first, the dancers quickly made it public, particularly through social media.
While living in Dublin, they even went on to tour with other dance acts.
However, a spokesman for Giulia confirmed in July 2021 that the couple had called it quits after years of romance.
While their split was tied to the infamous Strictly curse, the dancers apparently split up some months before the announcement.
Despite their friends and relatives’ assurances that they were ready to marry and have children, they apparently ended their long-term romance during lockdown.
While Kai apparently moved in with Giovanni Pernice, the two are claimed to have remained on excellent terms.
