Keep your phone away 

On days that you use your phone in the morning, you will not understand where the time went. So if you feel like reaching out for the phone first thing in the morning, restrain yourself and inhibit that willpower. Stay away from your phone for at least an hour when you wake up. In that hour, clean your bed and maybe do some freehand exercises.  

Yoga, coffee, and something extra

You are now hydrated but the energy does not come until you have your morning cup of coffee. Do this, before you head out or apply your makeup so you feel confident inside out.
