Most people are curious about Lanci’s career, who joined the computer company Acer in 2001 after rising to the position of president of Texas Instruments in EMEA.

When he told the Financial Times in 2008 that “the entire industry is upset” with the operating system, he was one of the first executives to publicly criticize Microsoft over Windows Vista.

He made it easier for the business to compete in the German market. Lanci was then appointed head of the EMEA Group by the board.
