“I lost my oldest son #BrandonSmiley today,” the post reads. Although I am fine, please pray for Brandon’s mother Branda and Storm’s siblings.

Loni Love and Fred Davenport as well as Randall Woodfin offered their condolences to the Smiley Family.

Loni Love wrote, “Family please keep Rickey Smiley’s entire family in your prayers.. Brandon was such an amazing light and joy to all of us.. this is heartbreaking and devastating.. Rest in power.”

He then attended The University of Alabama at Birmingham where he received a degree as a Communications & Media Arts major in 2012.
