Alabama Turns Himself In, Charged For Murder Of TikTok Star’s Son
Alabama has admitted guilt in relation to the death of a TikTok celebrity’s son.
The murder of the kid of a well-known TikTok celebrity was the subject of a Thursday handover by an Alabama man to authorities.
The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office’s online booking logs show that Reuben Thomas Gulley, 20, of Saraland, has been charged with murder. In connection with the June 24 shooting death of 18-year-old Randon Lee at a gas station in Prichard, Gulley is accused of murder.
Lee is the offspring of shoelover99 and TikTok star Ophelia Nichols. Her fan base of nearly 7 million calls her “Mama Tot.”
Lee would have been nineteen on June 25th, his birthday.
According to WKRG-TV, Lee’s relatives called Prichard police on June 24 to report that their loved one had been shot at a petrol station.
Lee and a few other suspects drove to the station in Prichard, a suburb of Mobile, at around 8 p.m. CDT with the intention of selling and distributing drugs, as stated, according to Detective Jason Hadaway of the Prichard Police Department.
Hadaway claimed that a suspect shot Lee after getting into his car.
The suspect reportedly got back into their car and took off with the other suspects as Lee, who had been shot, proceeded across the street to the Energize gas station for treatment. His death, according to the news source, happened quickly.
Days after her son’s passing, Nichols pleaded with readers in a Facebook post, asking them not to wrongly criticize her son because of how he died. We could never be ashamed of him for anything.
“When I was 18, I also made bad decisions. When I think about the individual who hurt my son, I feel sympathy for his family when they learn about it, Nichols continued.
Others might not believe I should, but now two families will be harmed and torn apart. Not just me, though.
“I think this guy will be held accountable. In times of gloom, I shall thus cling to my religion and my loved ones. We only have it.
